Looking for a charming and energetic companion? Look no further! Hi, I'm Sky! My family's relocation plans couldn't include me, but they made sure to share all my wonderful traits with the shelter staff. I've picked up some impressive skills like sit, come, stay, and even giving a friendly paw! Walks are one of my favorite activities, especially when I get to proudly carry the biggest stick I can find. And let's not forget about playtime - whether it's a game of catch or a spirited tug-o-war, count me in!

In my previous home, I cherished cuddle sessions between my people, and if you're open to it, I'd love to continue that cozy tradition. While I may be a bit reserved around men at first, and can take some time to feel comfortable with new human friends, but your some patience and understanding will be worth it!

I'm seeking a home where I can thrive without the hustle and bustle of little kids, as their energy can be a tad overwhelming for me. While I haven't had the chance to live with other pets yet, I'm certainly curious and open to the idea! My adoption includes a four week scholarship for a virtual training program called Good Pup. Be sure to ask adoption staff about how to register!

Medical History: I appear to be a healthy young adult dog, but it's always a good idea to set up an appointment with my new vet soon, so that we can meet and make plans to keep me happy and healthy! It can be pretty stressful here at the shelter, so I am on an anti-anxiety medication to help me feel more comfortable while I wait for my new family to come along.

Weight: Approx. 70 lbs.
